Hot or Cold Rice Pack

Outer fabric is cotton with inside lined with muslin and filled with lightly scented rice.

For Heating: microwave with a mug of water no more than 60 seconds at a time until desired temperature.

For Cooling: Place in a plastic bag in freezer for one hour. Remove from plastic bag before use.

Handwash or spot clean only, do not machine wash.
